Zero initial conditions	零初始條件	The assumption normally made in control engineering that up to a start time defined as t = 0, all variables have zero value. 在控制工程中通常作出的假設(shè)，即在定義為t=0的開始時(shí)間內(nèi)，所有變量均為零值。
